Will I have duties or taxes with my order?

• For all Canadian orders taxes will be detailed during the checkout process.

For all other international orders, including the USA, please be aware that customs and duty charges vary by country. You will be responsible for any applicable fees.

 

Can I use a P.O. Box address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO Military addresses. However, we can ship to most Range Road addresses

 

What is a remote charge?

A remote charge is an additional fee applied to shipments delivered to areas that are considered remote or difficult to access. These locations may include rural areas, islands, or regions far from major distribution centers. The fee compensates for the extra time and resources required to deliver to these locations.

If your delivery address falls into a remote area, the additional charge will be included in your shipping costs, which will be detailed during the checkout process.

 

Can you use multiple cards?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept multiple credit cards to pay for a single order. Our system only allows one credit card to be used per transaction.

 

Can I change the personalization of my order?

Please ensure that you carefully review your order before submitting it to avoid any issues. If you notice any errors or need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but once your order is in production we won’t be able to make any changes.
